Shipping :

All items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days from payment received via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation (domestic shipping only).

**NOTICE**

There are major delays with USPS due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Holiday Rush. 

I completely understand that you are eagerly awaiting your orders and I am doing the very best that I can do to ship your orders quickly and promptly. I ship out packages daily (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Please be advised that I have no control over the package delivery after dropping it off at the post office. Due to the high volume of orders right now, USPS’s tracking system is inconsistent, so it could take several days for your package to be entered into their system. We apologize for the inconvenience.

***For international shipping:
-The package may take a couple of months to deliver to you due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive for you.
-The buyers are responsible for any Customs/Duties and Taxes & additional postal fees.
*UK Customer: There is possible fees(20% VAT + £8 handling fee) on purchases of £15+ from non-EU countries.
* Please note that these fees (VAT, GST, etc) are *not* included in the purchase price.

 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided - refunds for your order can not be made due to this.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase. I cannot refund the shipping cost and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

*Earrings, Clip on Earrings and Necklaces ( for hygiene reasons )

* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items(ex: Face Masks )

* Custom or personalized orders

We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, when an item is being returned to us.
